Develop and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps, prioritizing features, enhancements, and new product introductions, with a focus on maximizing value and market competitiveness.Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation and concept development through launch, adoption, and ongoing management. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.New Product Innovation: Drive the development of innovative banking products and solutions, including those leveraging AI and other cutting-edge technologies. Identify market needs, evaluate feasibility, and collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to bring new products to market successfully.Core Banking Expertise: Leverage a deep understanding of core banking systems, processes and regulations to guide product strategy and ensure alignment with industry best practices.Technical Proficiency: Effectively collaborating with engineering teams, understanding technical challenges, and making informed product decisions.Client Engagement: Identify and evaluate potential business partnerships, integrations, and go-to-market strategies to expand market reach and drive product adoption. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on client presentations and to develop effective product positioning. Support clients with their business needs, challenges, and pain points. Gather feedback on existing products and solicit input for future product development.Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, engineering, sales, marketing, and customers.Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Track key product metrics, analyze performance data, and identify areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions and optimize product performance.Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer focus.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA 1 or Master's degree preferred.Extensive experience in product management, catered towards the banking industryDeep understanding of core banking systems, processes, and regulations in the GCC region.Good technical background in banking application developmentProven track record of successfully launching and managing banking products, including AI-driven solutions and IT offerings.Ability to interact with client, build & maintain strong relationships and represent the brandWhat's on OfferThis is a chance to join a leading Banking Solutions provider in the GCC region.
