A major Abu Dhabi entity responsible for delivery user friendly AI products and platforms.

Job Description

  • Spearhead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for a diverse portfolio of cutting-edge AI applications, from initial concept to final implementation.
  • Champion user-centric design principles, conducting user research, usability testing, and leveraging data to inform design decisions.
  • Develop comprehensive design documentation, including wireframes, prototypes, personas, user flows, and style guides, ensuring clarity and consistency across all platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and AI specialists to translate user needs and business requirements into elegant and functional design solutions.
  • Hands on daily prototyping with expectation to deliver fully fleshed out MVPs at speed
  • Stay abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance our design processes and deliverables.



The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive experience (4+ years) in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of leading design initiatives for complex, large scale, digital products.
  • Deep proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs across various platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
  • Comprehensive understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing, and data-driven design principles.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
