Job Description

  • Lead corporate strategic initiatives that align with long-term objectives and value creation goals.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership on key business challenges and opportunities.
  • Drive structured planning, evaluation, and execution of corporate strategy to enhance market positioning.
  • Conduct ongoing market intelligence and risk analysis to inform strategic direction.
  • Oversee the preparation of executive policy recommendations and strategic reports for CEO-level decision-making.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment and synergy on strategic initiatives across business units.
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic planning methodologies and performance monitoring.

The Successful Applicant

  • Must have an undergraduate degree from a top - tier international university, preferably in the fields of economics, business administration, engineering, or a relevant field.
  • MBA or relevant master's degree is strongly beneficial but not essential.
  • At least 10 years of experience in strategic advisory, or transformation roles in the Middle East.
  • Experience in the utilities sector is mandatory.
  • Strong ability to lead strategic initiatives with measurable impact across complex organisations.
  • Demonstrated experience engaging with C-level executives and synthesising insights for high-level decision-making.
  • Background in both strategy formulation and implementation is preferred.
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams and managing transformation agendas.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical thinking, and executive reporting skills.
