We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations within our client's Industrial/Manufacturing/Waste Management department in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships.

Job Description

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations within the company
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
  • Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting efforts
  • Analyse financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner
  • Coordinate with external auditors and manage internal controls
  • Identify, develop and execute analysis of business initiatives, product launches and/or new service offerings

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
  • Proficiency in major accounting software programs
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Profound ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and experience with managing relationships with investors and banks
