You will be responsible for managing the commercial activity across the MEA region. You should expect to manage your own Client portfolio as well as commercially leading the Business Development team. Your focus on this role will be to help grow and strengthen the company's position as the premier leader in financial education across MEA.

Job Description

  • Deliver the MEA commercial plan through intellect and disciplined execution of a plan.
  • Leverage on resources to help build more brand awareness.
  • Manage a team of commercial managers and drive Thought Leadership through the team ensuring strong support and development
  • Reporting to Client Solutions, Managing Director provide regular updates on business performance, challenges, and new opportunities, maintaining a revenue metric reporting approach.
  • Actively help identify, manage, and develop new commercial opportunities, specifically in the financial services sector, but also extending out to other relevant sectors.
  • Input into the Thought Leadership for MEA, helping shape and position the message across media channels to raise commercial awareness and opportunity.
  • Deliver against key performance indicators
  • Achieve revenue and other financial targets, continually driving performance to new levels.
  • Provide strong L&D knowledge and skill requirements of the specific product segment in the region and be able to translate that understanding into a commercial sales plan.
  • See and interpret emerging themes into commercial actions and manage how these themes shape the future offering.

The Successful Applicant

  • Understanding of the financial markets
  • Track record of commercial aptitude and delivery in a professional education/information services industry.
  • Understanding of the B2B corporate education market and the impact of emerging trends on the industry.
  • Strong commercial markets experience (>10 years) in working in a financial institution or financial education provider.
  • Expertise gained through Fin Ed sales advisory and/or direct and indirect client sales channel interactions.
